HPDC DIE DESIGN FOR GEAR HOUSING
We have done the DFM, Part maturing, Inlet design Flow analysis (outsourced) and full die design including the 2D drawings for manufacturing. Flow analysis was done by outsourcing, we have 2 suppliers, who provides us the flow analysis. This die is loading on 800T machine.
HPDC DIE DESIGN FOR CRANK CASE
We have done the DFM, Part maturing, Inlet design Flow analysis (outsourced) and full die design including the 2D drawings for manufacturing. This die is loading on 800T machine. Insert casting also in this project.
HPDC DIE DESIGN FOR LH & RH HOLDER
We have done the DFM, Part maturing, Inlet design Flow analysis (outsourced) and full die design including the 2D drawings for manufacturing. This die is loading on 600T machine. Here, bottom and top sides has sliders, which is acting with the help of cylinders.
